Surgery: 18.12.2018, Total Hysterectomy with right salpingo-oophorectomy with left ovarian mass, pelvic
peritoneum, B/L diaphragmatic peritoneum, sigmoid deposit and omentum @India
Chemotherapy: 3 cycle of NACT with Paclitaxel and Carboplatin from 05.10.2018 up to 16.11.2018 @Tata>
Underwent Surgery on 18.12.2018 > ADCT 3 cycle completed on 14.02.2019- All outside
Due to recc and mets > Started 2nd line chemo with Docetaxel + Carboplatin, Cycle 3 up to 13/08/20>
From C4 Inj Avastin added & Cycle 6 is completed on 15.10.2020 > Maintenance 13 Bevacizumab is
completed on 18.07.21
Started 3rd line chemotherapy with Gem-Carbo-Beva C1 from 23.05.22. Cycle 6 Day 8 is completed on
26.09.22; Maintenance Bevacizumab has been started from 17.10.22 > Maintenance 40 with
Bevacizumab is due on 06.04.25
Started Olaparib since 20.03.23 > STOPED from Sep 2025
